Expression of Interest Information Meeting

This is an information meeting for the upcoming Art Tour to Berlin, Prague and Vienna in 2018. Organised by WorldStrides, travel representative Katarina Oliveri will give a presentation about the tour about talk about costs, payment plans and travel details. She will be available to answer any questions.
Visual Arts teachers Patricia Gettens, Sue Melville and Tania McGurgan will discuss the purpose of the tour, an outline of the itinerary, and the school-based organisation.
Students from Years 7 to 11, their parents and staff are welcome to attend and find out about this amazing tour with expressions of interest welcome from students wishing to participate.

Welcome art and culture enthusiasts to our 14 day tour into Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria to see the amazing art, design and architecture of Berlin, Prague and Vienna. From the remnants of the Berlin Wall, the neoclassical beauty of the Reichstag and the austere building designs of Germany's capital; to the medieval castle, cobblestoned streets and astronomical clocktower of Prague; to the centre of the Viennese Secession art movement, home of the royal Habsburg dynasty and classical music capital of Vienna, we will immerse ourselves in European culture. We will learn new words in German and Czech, experience a diversity of food, use different currency and soak up the European lifestyle.
